Yoga is a powerful tool to process trauma and move through difficult moments of life. Using yoga as a whole - the philosophy, physical movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness, mudras, and mantras - tailored to specific conditions, we can shift the patterns that keep us stuck in suffering. I offer series focussed on using yoga to process trauma and manage anxiety and depression as well as a weekly offering to explore the deeper teaching of yoga. I hope to see you at one or all soon!
I develop and lead series for trauma survivors as well as individuals dealing with anxiety and depression. I provide series for adult women and men as well as teens. I lead my series at The Lotus in Helena, MT.
I offer private Yoga for Mood Support sessions for individuals interested in using the body to process trauma, ground anxiousness, and/or release the grip of depression. By meeting with you one on one I am able to tailor the yoga practice to exactly what you are going through. I am trained in reiki, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, yoga for mental health (including LifeForce Yoga) and traditional yoga which gives me a great number of tools to pull from in crafting a tailored yoga series that meets you right where you are.
