Yoga Nidra is an ancient science of complete relaxation that systematically awakens one’s greatest potential and reveals an ever-present, unwavering state of inner peace. Through the deepest levels of physical, mental, and emotional rest, this transformative practice facilitates the release of the source of tensions, unsupportive patterns and behaviors, acquired conditioning, and self-limiting beliefs. In the yoga nidra state, one also has the capacity to imprint new ideas on the mind, securing intentions at the deepest level, to create a resonance that generates a stream of new thought patterns and actions.

CAIT's YOGA NIDRA CLASS STYLE:

We begin with a gentle movement followed by a systematic method (yoga nidra) of inducing complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation.   This guided meditation focuses on body & breath awareness to witness the present moment and create space between thoughts. This powerful practice is done lying comfortably on blankets and bolsters and is for everyone. Come as you are, no special clothing or abilities required.

$75 for 1.5 hour Introductory private session 

$60 for a single private, 1 hour Yoga Nidra session

$150 for 3 private, 1 hour Yoga Nidra sessions
