Let's stop stressing out about self-care and dive into a weekend of embodied nourishment.

This 4th annual Fall retreat is set in the beautiful surroundings of the Peaceful Valley, located on the edge of the Deerlodge National Forest where we will soak in natural geothermal mineral waters, be pampered with delicious, local food and sleep peacefully through the night.

Join Caitlin and Jamie, as we use a variety of experiential and embodied offerings including yoga, dance, meditation, ceremony and dharma talks to soothe those raw edges and replenish your energy. We hope to remove the effort in caring for yourself and instead create space, play, time and resources for you to access the care that best supports you.

We have created more space during the day on Saturday for you to explore what nourishes you. Maybe that's a longer soak, a massage, a long hike or all of the above. Jamie Anesi LPCP, Caitlin McWilliams MS, E-RYT and Heidi Opitz, LPCP will also be offering one on one sessions at the retreat that you can sign up for at a discounted rate of $50 to explore a variety of tools including ceremony, trauma therapy, somatic therapy, chakras, ayurvedic medicine, yoga nidra, nervous system reboot, movement therapy, creative writing, mindful hiking or yoga therapy.

Caitlin McWilliams, MS, E-RYT, is an Embodied Yoga Therapist/Teacher who uses the physical, intellectual and spiritual practice of yoga to process trauma, lift out of depression, and balance anxiety. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has spent the last decade teaching in studios throughout Washington DC, Denver, CO and now Helena, MT. She uses tools from Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Reiki, Thai Massage, LifeForce Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and is currently in the process of getting her Somatic Experiencing Certificate. She offers Trauma Sensitive Yoga Series, along with her weekly classes and working with clients on a one on one basis.

Jamie Anesi, LCPC, is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist with a concentration in Grief, Loss and Trauma. She integrates mindfulness, self-acceptance and compassion with leading-edge trauma and grief tools such as body centered modalities, sand tray therapy, EMDR, writing therapy, waking dream therapy, journey work, earth-based sessions, meditation,
and movement therapy. She has been practicing for over 12 years.

Heidi Opitz, MA, PCLC Heidi believes in the power of the corrective emotional experience and that profound healing occurs when we are deeply seen and heard; our stories witnessed, honored, and celebrated. She holds open and loving space for her clients experiencing issues with: trauma, grief and loss, parenting/perinatal, navigating adolescence and early adulthood, issues unique to LGBTQ, attachment and relationships, addiction, and school/career. She utilizes a strength-based client centered approach that emphasizes self care, personal growth, and transformation.
