Private Sessions

Private Sessions are a great option if you are feeling your nervous system is stuck in messaging your being that things are unsafe.  This can show up as anxiety, insomnia, feeling disconnected or numb, depression, hyper-vigilance, chronic pain, fatigue and addiction. 

 

Together we will use tools rooted in embodied therapeutics, primarily from my training in Somatic Experiencing and trauma informed yoga, to help discharge some of that stuck energy and find a greater amount of time feeling safe in your body.  Making space for the nervous system to settle, unwind and eventually function from a place of personal rhythm, not fear, is the backbone of the work together.  From there, we may play with adding rituals of wellness rooted in Ayurvedic Medicine, Yoga Nidra, movement, Yoga philosophy and a variety of other modalities I've trained in and practice to enrich our experience of living in the world. 

 

This work has changed the way I show up in the world.  It has changed what it feels like to be in my body.  It has given me space to make choices where deep rooted coping habits previously made decisions unconsciously.  It has given me back a sense of safety in my being that trauma took and as a result, I now feel alive in a balanced and whole way.   

 

I'd love to share these tools with you without an agenda, with lots of play and curiosity, and with a whole-hearted commitment to meet you right where you are.
