Teaching Style

Through physical movement and awareness of breath, we can heal, break unhealthy habits and bring balance to our asymmetrical lives, bodies and minds.  The classes I lead are rooted in this intention but with the lila (lightness) to complement the deeper inquiry.  My flow classes offer a theme, lots of movement connected to breath which knead the body to a place of openness in order to try a peak pose all set to an unconventional playlist.  Out of the studio, I work on understanding and applying the tools of yoga and meditation to process trauma.
